No. Estimates are free. We come out, walk the property with you, and give you a written price with the work spelled out.

Weekly service, or one-time jobs?

Both. Most homeowners are on a weekly or every-other-week schedule, and we also take one-time work like a spring cleanup, a mulch refresh, or a full front-yard project.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Bright Lawn Landscaping LLC is licensed and insured, and we are glad to send proof to a homeowner, an HOA board, or a property manager before work starts.

Do you build patios and retaining walls?

Yes. Alongside regular maintenance, we install pavers, patios, walkways, and block retaining walls, along with mulch, rock, drainage, and irrigation repair.

Do you work with HOAs and businesses?

Yes. We maintain entrances, common areas, and streetscapes for HOA communities, and grounds for offices, retail, and multi-site commercial properties.

Do you speak Spanish?
